KatLyn
KatLyn, a native of the South, currently resides in Melbourne,
Florida.
KatLyn owns and operates
StarCrossed Productions, Inc., and also serves as the
Executive Director of the
Golden Crown Literary
Society.
KatLyn’s is a simple philosophy: “I love strong-minded women who
have a desire to refine the attitudes of the world with subtle words
and an astute sense of direction.”
Her debut novel, Storm Surge, is a
heart-pounding thriller with non-stop action and romance. It is
about two strong-minded women, who have fought hard to overcome the
historical restrictions of their careers and the heartbreaking
realities of their lives. Alex Montgomery, an FBI Agent and
Conner Harris, a Jacksonville Police Officer, find their lives and
careers intertwined in a thrilling tale of murder and betrayal.
When their world becomes uncertain the only things they can count on is
each other.
KatLyn's second novel, Code Blue, published in 2004 is
about, Logan McGregor, a tough Pittsburgh cop,
and
Madison Cavanaugh, an
Orthopedic Surgeon, and self-proclaimed perfectionist with a
penchant for the finery that life has to offer. In the blink of an eye,
their world is thrown into a vortex
as a murderer stalks The Strip District.
KatLyn is 48 but said with what I imagined was a devilish gleam
in her eye, that she is really going on 25. She makes her home
in Melbourne, Florida with her partner Denise, and their cats
Colby, Missy, Samantha and Keno, and a lone dog named
Baxter.
When
she’s not writing, KatLyn can be found spending time with her family
and friends or indulging in her passion for playing the guitar and
writing musical compositions.
